EKKA Yachts is pleased to present M/Y CASA F, Hull No. 162 — a newly launched 47-metre Sanlorenzo 500EXP - a platform that has become synonymous with modern explorer yachting, representing the latest in a series of Explorer-style yachts produced by Sanlorenzo.

Developed through an extensive three-year owner-led process, CASA F combines the robust long-range capability that defines the 500EXP with a level of design refinement and technical specification rarely encountered within the sub-500GT category. 

The project reflects a highly involved and carefully managed development process, spanning from rigorous specification review to the execution of one of the most extensively customised yachts delivered within the Sanlorenzo explorer range. With over €5 million invested in owner supply, bespoke upgrades and custom options, CASA F stands significantly above standard build specification and is presented fully realised, without compromise or need for further investment.

Now successfully launched and available for inspection in the water in Viareggio by appointment, CASA F presents a rare opportunity to acquire a new-build explorer yacht without the extended lead times typically associated with a project of this calibre.

Equally distinctive is the yacht’s relationship with the sea. The lower deck has been conceived as a fully realised water-level environment, centred around a beach club featuring a side-opening balcony, hammam and dedicated gymnasium. A custom hydraulic transformer swim platform provides effortless sea access. Above, the sundeck introduces a custom saltwater pool, creating a seamless transition between active waterside living and elevated leisure.

CASA F’s bespoke interior environment has been designed to prioritise atmosphere, comfort and material integrity. Premium loose furniture, fabrics and curtains throughout, create a setting that feels highly residential in character while maintaining a strong architectural identity. Bespoke marble selections, custom cabinetry, fluted detailing and herringbone parquet flooring further elevate the interior language, with expansive glazing introducing natural light and reinforcing the connection between interior and exterior spaces.

Accommodation aboard CASA F is designed around owner comfort and privacy, welcoming up to ten guests across a five-cabin arrangement. The focal point of the layout is a full-beam owner’s suite positioned forward on the main deck, benefiting from separation from guest areas and uninterrupted connection to the surrounding environment. A private terrace and dedicated owner’s office further extend the suite, creating a level of privacy and exclusivity more commonly associated with substantially larger yachts.
